Party Wall Services
We provide professional advice to negotiate Party Wall issues under the provisions of the Party Wall Act 1996 etc.
We try hard to act as the joint surveyor to reduce costs to both parties. We will survey both properties in dispute then provide a written report reinforced with photographic evidence before works commence on site.
During the works we suggest that we are involved in any changes to the original works so that we can ensure that both parties are aware of any effect the changes may have on the Party Wall.
On successful completion of the works we will return to site survey the affected areas again and check off the works. If the prepared property owner’s original report highlights that damage has been caused then the damage will be rectified by all parties as explained within the original report.
